Creation of IP and SIP phone extensions and troubleshooting
Call center issue analysis and providing resolution on it to the customer.
Admin and Maintenance of HP & DELL Servers and media gateways like G650, G450,430.
Configuration of Analog boards, Digital board IP Phones.
Installation of DS1 board and configuration of DS1 board.
Changing the route for call flow as per customer requirement
Configuring Network Regions, VDN, Vector programming for the customer requirement to route the call.
Manage day-to-day client and internal service requests and documented all services performed
MandatorySkills:
In-depth knowledge of VOIP protocols H.323 and SIP (Architecture, Signaling and call flow).
Administration and Maintenance of Avaya Aura core components
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Session Border Controller,Avaya Aura CM, Session Manager, System Manager.
Troubleshooting experience on CM,SM, System managers etc.
Knowledge on IPSI, CLAN, MEDPRO and Media Gateways.
Create VDN, Vector, Hunt groups, Different types of call routing using Partition/route tables
Analyzing PCAP on Wireshark for Troubleshooting.
Experience: 3 - 8yrs
Qualification: Technical Graduate
