Job Summary

Role within the organisation:

  • The position is responsible for planning & strategy, and problem solving for key accounts of Amura. Leading a team of marketing analysts and ensuring work is managed efficiently across all teams and collaborating with teams (both internal and external) to ensure value addition for existing as well prospect accounts.
  • The role involves working across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior.
  • The role shall require the candidate to work on existing clients to solve their marketing and technology challenges and also to work on pitches for new clients for onboarding which directly reflects into the revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Work actively with account management team to deliver the best marketing performance for key existing accounts
  • Work on new pitch decks for onboarding of new accounts for additional revenue generation
  • Interact with key accounts to understand their briefs & challenges, discuss solutions and to regularly collaborate with internal teams to resolve those issues from marketing and technology perspective
  • Manage key stakeholder engagement at the top level for existing as well as prospect accounts
  • Develop marketing strategies for Amura's accounts; ideate & execute new marketing concepts
  • Provide solutions, consulting and managing client expectations on all aspects of digital marketing & technology
  • Actively engage with accounts as well as internal teams on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to align with the top level work and direction for the solution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates with 2+ years of work experience along with MBA or 4+ years of experience with undergraduate degree can apply
  • Should have preferably been involved in performance marketing, Strategy, and Execution - All three
  • Proven & demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Should be comfortable with handling multiple projects at once and prioritizing between the work
  • Understanding various campaign structures and analyzing campaign data in order to suggest optimization strategies and improve overall performance
  • Understanding required:
  • Google analytics
  • Google Adwords, Facebook Business Managers, LinkedIn et al
  • CRM tools: Salesforce, Hubspot or any other CRM tools
  • CRO tools
  • Added advantage
  • User analytics: Mixpanel, Kissmetrics etc
  • Data visualization: Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc
  • Data collation: Supermetrics
  • Media planning and buying basics and business relation of the media planning & PPC

Qualification :
B.E./B.Tech/MBA Marketing
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
