Position description:

• Responsible for B2B Channel (APs/Franchisee) businessgrowth in terms ofrevenuein Maharashtraacross all the products.
• Handling a team of BMs and Operation Executivesassociated with B2BRevenue
• Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearlytargets for New KYC, Equity Revenue,Mutual Funds and Insurance
• Monitoring competition, identify industry benchmarksand integrate the best practices.
• Monitoring and controlling cost
• Ensure to Educate and train BMs and APs from time totime
• Driving business results as per the regional GoalSheet plan
• Conduct Business Event in order to maintain relationsand increaserevenue.
• Coordinating with prime Sub-Brokers/APs/End Clients
• Handling people management activities
• Coordinate with teams for smooth sales and relatedback office processes
• Ensure the best practices are being followed at alltimes in all the AP outlets
• Compliance monitoring as per the requirement ofCompliance Department
