Responsibilities (What Will You Be Doing?)
Willing/Ability to work, manage and grow a start-up firm
Need to collaborate and work with partners, research organization and technology firm
Must be willing to work on a target-based selling requirement
Responsible in selling Aptus Data Labs solutions, platforms, consulting and technical services
Responsible for reselling partner s products and business solutions
Responsible in building and managing partners, customers and system integrators ecosystem
Must be working in providing technical, commercial and long-term benefit proposals with win-win approach and
competitive pricing
Responsible to work with SMB, enterprises and independent consultants to mine the leads and accounts
Lead Generation - Experience in digital marketing for generating & managing leads, contacts and accounts
Experience in conducting Tech Webinars / Conferences for lead generation & subsequent follow-up
Ability to interface with third party marketing consultants for generation & management of leads
Must be working on digital campaigns Google Ads, Quora, FB/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter & Native ads platform
Must have experience in any of the CRM products (ZOHO, Salesforce)
Pre-Sales - Prepare, Manage & Coordinate RFP responses with solution proposals for business clients
Should be prepared to participate in Data Science and Analytics conference and summit (NASSCOM, CEBIT, GARTNER,
FORRSTER etc.)
Responsible in defining strategy for markets, segments, target customers and brand
Responsible to define product-market fitment, business model and revenue model
Market, customer, competition analysis (B2B)
o Connecting and exploring market requirements
o Connecting and exploring customer requirements and competitor analysis
o Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
Achieving sales objectives, revenues by selling, up selling and cross selling varied offerings including branding options.
Sales management to drive both volume and value business
Qualifications (What we are looking for?)
Excellent written (email, content writing skills) and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
Business savvy, strong sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate with business
stakeholders
Approachable and vibrant personality.
Knowledge of big data and analytics
Ability to approach any situation with patience and persistence.
Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service always.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) is required
Should have strong business acumen, understanding market intelligence reports (Gartner, Forrester, IDC etc.) and build
the business foundation aligning with them
