Job Summary

Prior Work Experience

    • 3 years plus experience in technical writing of software documentation
    • Experience in developing User/Installation/Build Manuals for software products
    • Experience in writing APIs documents.
    • Experience with SaaS based applications.
    • Has formalized and written FAQs for various software products.
    • Has developed Software Requirement Specifications and other SDLC related technical documents for more than one project/product

Key Responsibilities

    • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
    • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, API documents, data flow diagrams and process documentation
    • Work with development and product leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise & edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
    • Responsible for writing User/Installation/Build Manuals for software products.
    • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
    • Creating illustrations, UML Diagrams, flow charts, API Documentation, class diagram
    • Work with technical resources to finalize the document.

    • Technical documentation,
    • Firm understanding of SDLC
    • Good at writing & editing the documents prepared for software product
    • Well versed with MS Office
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Qualification :
MCA or B.Tech
