Job Summary

"The Acquisition Specialist will be a part of the fulfilment team (along with the Engagement Manager) and will have complete ownership of acquiring the right experts to engage with our Enterprise Clients. The specialist will understand the client's requirement and end deliverables expected out of the Expert, identify the key skills required for fulfilling and source the right Expert accordingly. The specialist is expected to possess good Solutioning, Negotiation, Skill Identification and Effective Communication skills to fulfill this role.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Engagement Manager to understand the Clients requirement both in terms of skillset of the Expert required and the deliverable/responsibilities expected from the Expert.
2. Suggest modifications and support in alignment with the client in case there is a mismatch between the skill set, deliverables or the budget.
3. Find innovative solutions/approach in cases where there is misalignment with the client on the profile.
4. Prepare the most effective Sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirement including Sourcing platforms, Acquisition pitch, Acquisition funnel, etc.
5. Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of Experts are sourced based on the requirement and within the committed timelines.
6. Communicate project specification and terms to the expert in a clear and transparent manner.
7. Drive negotiations with the expert and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively..
8. Ensure a clear track of progress, transparency and coordination within the fulfilment team.
9. Ensure fulfilment of Clients requirement in minimum iterations and maintain a healthy funnel from Lead Generation to Selection by the Client.
10. Screen and assess the Experts to ensure that only well qualified, professional and dedicated Experts engage with clients
11. Take ownership of experience of all the candidates that you reach out to/connect with on the behalf of Awign Expert, including those who are not shortlisted.
12. Maintain transparency, clarity and courteousness in all communications with potential or acquired experts.

Required Skills And Experience

1. Strong communication skills, relationship building and negotiation skills.
2. Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
3. Experience of 1-3 years in customer/employee facing roles will be preferred. In case the candidate is a fresher but feels has the requisite professional skills, please feel free to apply.
4. Knowledge of organisational structures and hiring platforms is preferred, but not mandatory.
5. Attention to detail and diligence to keep all the data and information organized.
6. Must have a collaborative and easy going approach with teammates
7. Degree/University no bar if the candidate possesses drive, intellect and diligence."
