Job Summary
BNC has been mandated to recruit a Lead Generation Analyst for Delhi Location.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various freelance portals (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and projects that align with our service offerings.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and upsales.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and clients.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead generation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, presales, and upsales, preferably on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
