Business Analyst Job in Bacancy Technology

Roles and Responsibility:

• Prepare and analyse the requirement into well functional and system requirement specification documents
• Interact with stack-holders and gain understanding of requirements and product through meeting and discussion
• Responsible for designing software applications documentations according to the quality standards.
  
• Responsible for preparing wire-frame (s) or mock-ups to meet with customer & exact requirement and to visualize by coordinating with stack-holders
• Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all members updated in project progress
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Skill Requirement:

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to organize time, work on multiple tasks, and follow tasks and projects through to completion, while keeping all interested parties properly updated
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy of processes.
• Self-motivated work habits and the ability to work independently as well as to work effectively with all members of a technical project team
• Excellent documentation skills
• Hands on with tools required for preparing wireframes, mockups, flow charts, etc.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/BCA/MCA
