Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team of execs and client relationship

  • Build long-term relationships with clients

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Prepare reports on account status

  • Understand client briefs and articulate the plan of action accordingly

  • Initiate tasks, assign and coordinate tasks with internal creative and tech teams

  • Ensure timely delivery of the tasks internally and with clients

  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

  • Prepare and present reports on their progress

  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
