Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager who is result-oriented, believes in leading from the front, and is always willing to go the extra mile. The role requires a talented, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills-

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full SDLC projects
  • Experience in handling large scale application with Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies and experience with Loan Originating system (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS)
  • Clearly define Goals, Objectives, Deliverables, Strategies and Priorities, Level of Effort, Resources, and projected Project cost and create Plans to implement them
  • Create, Update, Manage, Report key Metrics & Plans, Reports regularly
  • All changes to project requirements and deliverables should be monitor and control
  • Strong on Processes with the ability to refine/tune as per the Clients Processes
  • Serve as primary POC for Client, engage with the client understanding Clients Culture, People, and Processes
  • Coach and mentor Team members on Technology, Client business, Processes, and Expectations
  • Create a positive, collaborative working environment for the team & Involvement in supervising team members
  • Self-Learner to stay abreast of technological advancements within the domain
  • Capture and creation of lessons learned reports for all projects
  • Comfortable in design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems, mobile technologies, and analytics.
  • An absolute understanding of OOPs, SQL queries concept
  • Comfortable in any of the core technology JAVA/Dot Net/ PYTHON/PHP/GO LANG
  • Strong in any of the project management tool e.g. Jira/Microsoft Project etc
  • Initiate to collaboration with Development, QA, DevOps team to monitor work progress & deep knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools e.g. Jenkins, AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Ability to define the definition of done with the team to get them on common understanding
