Job Summary

Technical Skills:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers. Streamline client communication on a day-to-day bases
  • Understand business requirements from the sales team and help in doing business analysis and creating project plans in collaboration with project managers/ engineering leaders
  • Take project delivery from engineering teams, and ensure they have been taken through QA before doing the final delivery to clients. Make sure clients are satisfied with the project delivery. Understand any concerns and take reasonable actions to meet customers' needs.
  • Support sales managers in doing requirement analysis
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell to clients
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business and make project delivery efficient
  • Generate reports for senior leaders within the organization
  • Experience Required :
