Job Summary

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who would create compelling, creative medical materials (graphical abstracts, infographics, interactive PDFs, posters, templates, brochures, logos, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling, creative medical materials (graphical abstracts, infographics, interactive PDFs, posters, templates, brochures, logos, etc.).
  • Scope the requirement, asking the right questions to come up with best feasible design solutions, estimating efforts
  • Design digital assets for web, mobile and marketing material efforts.
  • Demonstrate excellent design and typography skills in print and digital.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.
  • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints
  • Use the right techniques to "sell" your design to the clients and stakeholders
  • Lead client and internal presentations and discussions
  • Demonstrate expertise in wireframing and prototyping, visual communication, user empathy, interaction design, analytics and advocating user centered design to leadership
  • Submit visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval of the same in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Visual Design, Visual Arts or similar
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in designing and maintaining visual language systems for digital products and services
  • Expertise in understanding responsive design, mobile first design, typography design and web design
  • Strong collaboration skills with other UXers, PM, Engineering and Marketing teams
  • Experience of working in an iterative, agile environment
  • Design experience in Retail and E-commerce
  • Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office and InDesign are a must
  • Working knowledge of Adobe XD is an added advantage
