Job Summary
    TheDataTeam is looking for an IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for the following:
  • Interfacing between technical teams and business stakeholders for business and technical clarity
  • Reason about and be familiar with capabilities and latest advancements in the field of data technologies, including RDBMS, data warehousing, BI tools, ETL tools & processes including data quality, profiling and transformation paradigms. Knowledge of big data tech stack is a plus.
  • Evaluating business processes, analysing business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing functional specifications
  • Interacting with various business stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations to discuss/capture requirements, ideas and findings and documenting and communicating the outcomes
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and senior management
  • Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of testing
  • Take accountable ownership for ensuring business requirements are fully satisfied
  • Perform system analysis, gap analysis, data profiling, current and accurate system documentation
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define the scope and prepare BRD/Functional Specifications/Data Mapping for the development team
  • Closely work with the Dev team to define test scenarios and perform validations to ensure functional requirements of stakeholders are met.

  • Should have Product experience in CRM, CDP, MDM, Customer experience or related products in Banking/BFSI, Telecom, Airlines, Retail/eCommerce.
    Good to have Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Big data stack
  • Data Modelling, SQL, HQL
  • Exposure to BI Tools
