Job Summary
- Experience of 5-7 years in business development, Recruitment and customer relationship management in the Staffing, Recruitment/ RPO industry.
- Must have proven credentials in new client acquisition and account management.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the recruitment delivery process, preferably with hands-on experience in client deliveries and operations.
- Ability to handle and manage diverse stakeholders (internal and external clients), at mid to senior levels.
Travel to partner branches/locations within the region
