* BE, MCA, or any compuer science graduate with min of 3 yrs experience in customer support.
* Excellent communication skills, customer service approach.
* Willing to travel to school sites, capable of quick learning and knowledge of customer relation / retention techniques, product demo , presentation & training skills.
* Must be able to interact confidently with external customers, internal marketing and support team members, and share useful and critical feedback to management team from time to time.
