About the Job: The role of the Admin Manager is to work independently in managing the facility administration activities across the organization. What you will do: Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. Monitor facility administration issues on a day-to-day basis. Manage vendors. Liaison with local and government authorities. Ensure adherence to the Admin Calendar by the team. Purchase and procurement account management. Manage housekeeping and security staff. Manage Budget. Manage Asset. Create employee awareness about the Admin Helpdesk. Who you are: Required: Bachelor s degree or equivalent 12-14 years of work experience Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Maintain good rapport with vendors, suppliers, and government bodies. Communication Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Customer Service Skills. How to be successful at CNSI: Communication -Express ideas clearly and constructively (written and spoken, upward and downward, one-on-one and with groups).
