Job description: Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, developers, designers, and sub-contractors to define and document the scope(s) of work. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full scope of work in alignment with the desired project business case and within agreed-upon budget requirements. Develop project plans that are both challenging and realistic, and closely monitor them, reacting promptly to variations throughout the project. Set up and ensure the adherence to key project frameworks throughout the project lifecycle, including project governance. Identify project risks and issues, escalating them when appropriate in a timely manner. Ensure that impacts are communicated to all parties and partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts. Identify all project dependencies, working closely with key business teams to ensure that they are well managed and that the impact of dependencies is well understood. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, which may include engaging in challenging negotiations related to priorities, solutions, and deliveries across all teams to produce coherent project outcomes. Develop and distribute timely status reports with key metrics to the appropriate stakeholders. Evaluate the ongoing success of projects and proactively identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement in how we deliver change. Ensure the timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability.
