Job Summary

  • Domain Capabilities:
  • Prior domain experience of at least 5-7 years in documenting the ecommerce domain with Magento as primary platform.
  • Experience working with the US ecommerce industry is must.
  • Experience working on understanding the product configurations, product measurements and its translation into an ecommerce website product is expected as a primary skillset.
  • Understanding the importance of Digital Marketing, SEO and its impact on revenue generations is must.
  • Must have been a part of at least one ecommerce product for minimum 2-3 years for any US based companies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel on-site is must.
  • Candidate with B1/B2 visa is preferable. 10-20% travel yearly.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyse all business systems for multiple projects and document all business specifications and participate in various meetings for system groups and perform tests on same and assist to analyse all system defects.
  • He/she will be part of pre-sales activity along with sales department.
  • Analyse all internal and external business requirements, provide detail specifications for all ecommerce sites, and manage communication with all participants in projects.
  • Organize and participate in various department coordination meetings and assist the product manager and project manager to prioritize all development process and validate all results.
  • Prepare documents for all ecommerce business procedures and modules.
  • Supervise and document all interface requirements for functional department and analyse and recommend strategies to enhance projects and coordinate with digital marketing team and analyse all projects from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Evaluate all creative products; develop the feature backlogs and various key performance metrics for all ecommerce activities.
  • Analyse, recommend improvements to all sites, prepare reports for productivity programs, and coordinate with team to design effective test strategies to increase site productivity for all ecommerce procedures.
  • Design all everyday reports for productive pages and analyse all site to increase traffic to same and assist in customer acquisition for various programs.
  • Perform analysis on all ecommerce activities on weekly basis and identify all obstacles for customers in check out process and recommend improvements to same.
  • Coordinate with all operations and marketing departments to achieve al financial objectives, design all online marketing programs for all consumer projects, perform analysis on return on investment, and position all merchandise effectively.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce teams to perform and recommend improvements to site performance, prepare various ad hoc reports for multiple brands, and analyse performance.
  • Develop and execute various new systems and provide enhancements to all existing systems and gather all requirements for facilitation of all ecommerce activities and design user cases for efficient flow events according to regulations.
  • Monitor all redesigning processes, ensure incorporation of all new technology to site, and perform research on all systems to improve processes and perform tests on new features and analyse all business requirements.
  • Technical Skill sets:
  • Past scoping experience working with E-Commerce and Magento is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of any ERP integrations (ex. NetSuite) with Magento will be a plus.
  • Well versed with MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Well versed with the wire-framing tools to define the operating process flows using the creative mock-ups for the client s exact understanding of the defined features.
  • Well versed with the charting tools to draw the various workflows for the client s exact understanding of the defined features.

Qualification :
B.E./B.Tech (CE/IT), MCA, M.Tech
Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
