Hiring Marketing Manager for Renowned Apparel Industry

Role & Responsibilties

Must have Rural marketing exposure.

Developing and executing the Trade &BTLMarketing strategy of the Brand to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs)

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure that Trade Marketing &BTLStrategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets

Managing Brand communication forBTLactivations for multiple products aligned with corporate Brand strategy

Ensuring the proper development, execution and bench-marking of all Trade andBTLPrograms designed to increase Brand Visibility and Top of Mind Awareness and Recall for the Brand

Leading trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectations

Designing & implementingBTLmarketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, top of mind awareness & recall.

Identifying & ensuring thatBTLactivity (In shop Branding / Glow sign boards / Arches / In store Promotions /POSMs etc) are done as defined & documented

Coordinating with the digital marketing agency to ensure Trade Marketing andBTLPoint of Sale Promotion Activity and Display promoted online on social mediaCreating and maintaining the trade marketing calendar of activities and special promotions in coordination with both the Sales & Marketing team.

Work Experience:

No. of years: At least 6-9 Yrs of experience in marketing field in managerial level position

Excellent knowledge of Marketing, Consumer buying behavior & Channel development

Strong competence inBTLadvertising marketing as well as deep knowledge ofBTLadvertising suppliers.

Strong capabilities in coordinating and negotiating with theBTLMarketing supplier s chain IS AMUST.

Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail

Expertise on MS Office, Word, Power Point and Excel

The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)

Ability to work under pressure, ability to meet short deadlines i.e. turn around work in tight deadlines
