Job Summary
  • Responsible for working with the business to analyse business requirements.
  • Provide functional expertise, high level business process reengineering, technical overviews and insight where appropriate.
  • Business requirements gathering/elicitation through workshops & focus group sessions with different stakeholders
  • Act as primary liaison between the Business Units, Information Technology (IT) and 3rd party vendors.
  • Excellent Business Analysis skills such as Requirements Gathering, Requirements Elicitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Planning Business Continuity processes, Process mapping and process improvement with telecom clients.
  • Perform GAP Analysis, As - Is process analysis, To-Be process design & improvement
  • Product CatLog & Order Entry/Enrichment fields specification & Business rules
  • Proposed To-Be process flows and demonstrated business value in terms of improvement in Time2Market, Time2Deliver and Time2Implement by hosting the integration and manual touch points
  • Client interaction for scoping , efforts justification , solution and delivery
  • This person will be less technical and more business and functional.
  • This person is also going to be responsible for process documentation.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA & Confluence

Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience Required :
