Job Summary
  • 2+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Experience of working with Salesforce applications either as a Business Analyst or System Administrator (Sales Cloud, CPQ)
  • At least 2 years' experience working with any of the following: Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Quoting, Contracts and Renewals processes
  • Experience working in agile scrum teams
  • Ability to take a systematic and analytic approach to problem solving, whilst paying close attention to the detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly
  • Ability to break down technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Solid technical aptitude specific to core CRM technologies, Lightning Platform, Automation and AppExchange
  • Track record of successful customer-facing engagements, self-starting skills.
  • A high degree of proficiency using Microsoft tools
  • Working knowledge of Jira or other scrum tools
  • Applicants should be willing to support global product deployments, working across different time zones.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline required (or equivalent work experience).
  • Should be flexible with timings
