Job Summary

Job Description: The Account Executive role is expected to develop new business opportunities both and within assigned accounts, as well as to respond to incoming leads. This role is expected to develop clear account plans to generate long-lasting customer relationships that deliver business results. This individual has a solution and/or technology background, preferably within Salesforce and related products, and feels at home in sales role. Roles and Responsibilities Acquire net new customers and achieve sales quotas for CRMIT s Managed Services (including Salesforce consulting, BI and MuleSoft services). Grow assigned accounts and develop new business opportunities across assigned Territory, account list. Collaborate and develop relationships with Salesforce Sales & Account Executives to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities and drive ACV goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to use differentiators and USPs to the Salesforce-CRMIT partnership. Collaborate with inside sales & cross-functional team leaders to lead customer Discovery meetings and participate in estimating of projects. Manage successful transition from lead to opportunity to closure. Negotiate Statements of Work & Masters Service Agreements. Ensure a competitive Advantage is created and maintained. Track and report on pipeline status to the Vice President of Sales CRMIT America. Desired skills and experience Min 5 years of experience in selling Salesforce products and solutions. Experience selling in one or more industries i.e. manufacturing, healthcare, financial Services. Establish relationships with Salesforce industry leads in Mid-market / Global Accounts. Establish relationships with Salesforce.com sales and delivery teams. Job Benefits A very competitive pay package and compensatory plan.
