Job Summary
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in an HR environment working with global HR systems.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday (Mandatory)
- Hands on experience on HCM core concepts, workday recruiting, Time Off, EIBs and report writer
- Experience troubleshooting the transactions/tasks related to business processes, reports and other issues.
- Knowledge on other concepts such as Benefits, Compensation and Payroll in a global environment.
- Experience working directly with global internal clients and user audiences on site and virtually.
