Responsibilities

  • Drive performance marketing objectives for the various websites through effective campaign planning, execution and optimization.
  • Plan, implement and optimize paid ads campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest to drive sales for E-commerce websites.
  • Coordinate with the clients, and their design and content team to create effective creatives and communications for the campaigns, that drive results.
  • Own, measure and improve KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.
    Skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mind.
  • Big on learning. Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Desire to work in a creative, growing, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Good with numbers and analytical in approach and can take data-driven decisions.

    • Experience

  • Min. 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads, FB/Insta Ads. Exposure to Amazon / Pinterest / TikTok ads is a plus.
