Job Description

Coach senior leaders: advise leaders on strategic talent challenges and partner with them on building solutions to address the same.
Run diagnostics and formulate org design solutions including partnering with business leadership on site strategy, expansions, and employment models.
Provide input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies, and practices.
Review and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing everyone involved.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management from Top B- Schools with 8-12 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as an active member of both business and HR teams.
