Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an Operations Executive to organize and oversee the daily operations of our organization. The candidate will be the one to ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and implementing the right process to ensure smooth operations.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.

The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

  • Prior experience working for the Operations or equivalent profile.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry s legal rules and guidelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS excel, MS word and various business software and attitude to learn new applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations.
  • Ability to draft the processes in the most efficient manner and get it reviewed from different stakeholders involved in it by keeping the organization s growth & benefit in mind.
  • Ability to execute & implement the processes on different applications or systems as required along with the team, if required.

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization

  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations & compliances applicable on it according to the laws & acts.
