Warehouse Managers Job in Dash Square

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for management, suppliers, and transport companies
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, and dispatch of products
• Use warehouse space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and safety and security objectives are met
• Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Organise the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Brief company management on a daily basis
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
• Oversee the planned maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree
• 4 years or more experience in warehouse management in a medium large warehouse setup
• Strong personal skills; knowledge of local languages
• Experience in operation planning and execution, basic analytics knowledge and skills
• Experience in handling escalations, knowledge of QA processes
• Flexibility working in shifts / rotational shifts
