Job Summary
  • Monitor competitor performance and strategy to modify marketing and sales plan to protect and grow competitive advantage
  • Retain and grow business from existing customers to achieve targeted sales revenue
  • Regular updates on actual performance and provide insights to management on the Customer/Client movement. Insights based on interaction with the customers.
  • Responsible for: (a) Customer Service for existing customers, (b) Technical help desk for all customers co-ordination between SD and Client
  • Continuously review process and suggest improvements from Customer point of view and for making Customer experience better
