Job Summary
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are often preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (X years) in a senior finance role, preferably as a Financial Controller or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
