Job Summary
  • Required Skills:Client Support, Technical Support
  • Helping customers solve technical issues.
  • Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities.
  • Developing customer-facing documentation, user manuals on an as-needed basis.
  • Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
  • Managing help desk system with minimum response time on all tickets with resolutions.
  • Solution training to our clients.
  • Requirements:Good understanding of the technical fundamentals of e-commerce. Working knowledge of Magento is an added advantage.
  • The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
  • Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
  • Excellent telephone mannerisms. Support will be provided over the phone when needed.
Experience Required :
