After years of success in the digital customer engagement management business, Digital Business People is starting a new line of business with focus on professional / consulting services.

Digital Business People is looking for the right person to join and lead the practice with his / her focus on professional / consulting services.

If you are at a mid-career level and looking for a role that will allow you to be involved in strategic growth, give you the autonomy to go out and do the business that you crave to do, this could be the right platform for you to show, prove and establish yourself as a leader who can lead from the front.

For this mid-to-senior level position, you will need to have solid experience in:

The role involves dual scope. On one hand you should be able to contact clients and potential clients for new business generation and on the other hand managing a team of recruiters to offer consultants to close the deal. You should essentially have

  • Experience with contract technology recruitment in running a team of contractors across multiple clients by providing clients with cross-border solutions for ad-hoc and teams of contractors/consultants
  • Should have good knowledge on the contract, permanent and contract to permanent recruitment business.
  • Keen passion to mentor team members. This will involve hiring, grooming, retaining, and growing your team of both business development as well as resourcing.
  • Global focus includes USA, UK, APAC, Australia regions.
  • Experience in growing a team, as you will be responsible for the growth of the Contract division
