Build a Data Stack: - Play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a robust data stack for the organization, including data collection, storage, and retrieval processes. - Collaborate with technology teams to ensure data integrity. - Market Research and Strategy: - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights. - Assist in the development of business strategies and provide data-driven recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals. - Data-driven Decision Making: - Provide data and insights to support decision-making processes across the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a technology or subscription-based industry. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). - Database query languages, SQL, is essential. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Familiarity with CRM & marketing analytics tools is a must
