Job Summary

Responsibilities

& KRAs: Handles BTL Activities across cities for dunzo Responsible for planning and managing marketing-initiated offline or online activities within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines Work with Dunzo s legal team to refine and iterate on agreements, and work with affiliate partners to negotiate contract terms Handling Publisher Engagement and Retention. Organize, assist and implement partner-led marketing events (online and offline) Work directly with consulting and technology partners to build and execute joint-marketing plans that are customer-centric and deliver customer demand, revenue growth, and positively impact brand equity. Drive interlocking and alignment with the Field Marketing team to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify the BTL Activities. Qualifications/Skills required : 4+ years of experience handling BTL Activities for a brand Bachelor's degree; MBA from Tier 1 or 2 colleges preferred but not a must Experience working in an e-commerce platform Understanding of in-app user navigation and journeys Customer-Centric Approach to problem-solving Problem-solving skills in constrained environments Ability to derive actionable insights from consumer data and campaign information Ability to work with multiple stakeholders An innate desire to win!
