A senior project member of the team that is accountable for designing, defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling).

Take responsibilities on Expertise/knowledge on end to end implementation by Adhering to Kronos implementation methodology. Provides design, solution, coding recommendation on all modules/entire application. Possesses in-depth understand of existing systems, applications and their integrations and processes. Participates in meetings and facilitate discussion that leads to meaningful dialogue and identifies and documents appropriate system / business requirements. Recommends alternative designs/solutions.

Responsible for working with business to gather and document requirements and configuring solutions within Kronos. Work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers in support of system implementations.

Consult with internal customers / PTL COE on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.

Escalate Product Issues when all avenues of resolution are exhausted.

Leverage your consulting experience to recommend industry best practices and lead the project implementation toward the best design and solution that meets their business goals

Develops and delivers presentations as a technical expert. Develops communications for Corporate-wide technical directions.

Determine methods and procedures for solving complex Technical issues encompassing hardware, Applications and underlying infrastructure component.

Ability to clearly articulate benefits of implementing change or process improvement, communicate and work with business to implement and measure benefits derived.

Takes ownership and drives engagement across IT teams, Vendors and Customers. Identifies and mitigate risks.

Drive due diligence and ensure completeness of documentation.

Provide oversight and direction to the junior employees in the team in accordance with the organization's IT policies and procedures.

Coach, mentor, and develop new staff in Kronos , including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing guidance and required trainings.

Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM (Instant Messaging), and regular interpersonal communication.

Qualifications


Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field At least 10 to 15 years of industry experience with experience in providing product configurations services to Global customers

Must have excellent experience in WIM and workforce management Knowledge

Must have domain knowledge of Workforce Management, HR and Payroll processing.

Minimum 6 years of experience in a leading Enterprise for environment involving a geographically distributed support and project implementation model.

Well-versed in SQL Server and/or Oracle database, JBOSS, IIS & Windows from a support perspective.

Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)

The person holding this position may need to work extended hours to have meetings with EMEA / APAC /US sites. Should have good interpersonal skills.

Should have experience of direct customer involvement and requirements analysis.

This person should be extremely capable of dealing with many cultures around the globe.

This person would need to coordinate and communicate incidents/requests status, Remedy queue status; handle escalations among multiple stakeholders.
