Lead - Technical Content Developer Banglore, KA, India

Responsibilities:

• Develop information technology training material that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write relevant, creative, unique, rich and engaging content
    • Apply instructional design theory, practice, and methods
      • Analyse existing source content and modify to add value to the content
        • Ability to understand different technologies and translate them into instructional sound learning materials
          • Maintain accurate records of content development stages
            • Coordinate with internal team members, graphic designers, language editors, quality analysts and SMEs to complete the allotted tasks
              • Perform quality checks on allotted tasks
                • Create assessments that are in concurrence to the courses learning outcomes
                  • Plan internal reviews and subsequent updates of work prior to delivery
                    • Quality assurance of content aiming to improve the quality regularly
                      • Develop e-learning content for a variety of technologies and industries

Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years exp in technology content development in the areas of e-learning or training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
      • Ability to rephrase and modify content
        • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
          • Ability to work with limited supervision
            • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
              • Intellectually curious to understand new technologies
