Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities


Expectation:

1. The candidate must have set up an entire Customer and Technical support teams from Scratch.

2. Installation and configuration idea on tools and work closely with team and prepare questionnaire.

3. He should aware of reporting on all aspects to the VP level i.e. cost, team setup, timelines, commitments, etc.

4. In fact, he should have set up more than 2-3 support teams in the past.

5. Support on domain specific requests is primary(e.g. support for business. why the product is
not working as described?), also support for Network operations

7. Preferably he has set up and managed a team of 20-40 people and run the operations


JD:

Customer Support Manager
- Computer Science degree or equivalent with minimum of (13 - 18) years work experience
- Experience in setting up a technical customer Support system & the team
- Experience with customer support tools e.g. Zendesk
- Experience in working with Domain experts and preparing the material for Technical Customer
support
- Experience in defining and setting up a team for Technical support e.g. 24/7 network
operations center


Experience Required :

13 to 19 Years
