Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
We are seeking a Change Management Partner to support large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that are transforming the way we work. This role will provide day-to-day change management execution, partnering closely with project sponsors and teams across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing change management activities that ensure smooth transitions and lasting impacts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan for Change (Get Started Phase):
- Collaborate with the sponsor to lead the change assessment and strategy development.
- Identify change implications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage Change (Align Phase):
- Align the change management plan with the overall project plan in collaboration with project management resources.
- Lead stakeholder assessments, validating the analysis with business leaders and revising as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and execute a sponsorship plan with the change sponsor, ensuring their active engagement.
- Assist in the development of the change story, aligning messaging with project goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of the communication strategy for the project.
- Identify potential resistance or risks and provide coaching to business leaders to manage these challenges.
Manage Change (Develop Phase):
- Develop and oversee the execution of a detailed communication plan, keeping stakeholders updated and ensuring project awareness.
- Ensure the change plan is executed and manage stakeholder activities as required.
- Coach business leaders, sponsors, and project teams on effective change management techniques.
- Collaborate with training teams to assess training needs and develop appropriate audience analysis.
- Administer change readiness assessments to evaluate user preparedness for the transition.
- Partner with the sponsor to create deployment strategies and manage readiness risks, mitigating them proactively.
Reinforce Change (Transition & Sustain Phase):
- Partner with business leaders to develop a plan for reinforcing change after implementation.
- Implement corrective actions where necessary and celebrate successes to maintain momentum.
Additional Duties:
- Actively participate in daily and weekly project team meetings.
- Engage in stakeholder, steering committee, and sponsor meetings as necessary.
- Provide weekly status reports on change management activities.
- Present in leadership meetings, town halls, and other forums as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 4-5 years of dedicated change management experience.
- Overall 10 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus in financial services.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal), with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in facilitation, multitasking, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders (SVP to associate levels).
- Ability to influence and build relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
