ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting candidates for our clients from Multiple Industry (IT, Healthcare & Non-IT).
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Head Hunting from Job Market.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Providing candidate as per the requirement from the clients.
• Handling the entire pre-joining processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum educational criteria is Bachelor Degree /
• Diploma holders or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in RPO/ BPO/ KPO.
• Excellent fluency in English communication is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
