Job Profile As a Content Summariser within the Production team you are responsible for creating short abstractsfrom articles focusing on the particular points of interest as defined by the client. These are to be written in accordance with company guidelines, meeting the volume target on a daily basis. Duties and responsibilities: ? Accurate summarising of articles in accordance with company guidelines. ? Use the summarising technology to a high standard, following briefing instructions closely. ? Stay up to date with new and changed client instructions. ? Meet accuracy and volume targets. ? Endeavour to constantly increase personal performance. ? Communicate all issues to the appropriate personnel to ensure that problems are picked up early and addressed in a proactive manner. Excellent verbal and written skills are essential for this role, along with a high level of interpersonalcommunication.
