Job Summary

We are seeking for Marketing Automation and Operations expert who will be working closely with the Head Marketing Operations and management and understand the business goals. The person will be responsible for developing marketing automation, managing the operations of marketing, act as a link between the company and vendors. Having experience with HubSpot/Marketo or any CRM is important to get shortlisted for the profile.

Job responsibilities:

  • The expert will be managing the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub database, including the creation and iterative improvements of workflows, custom fields, and data flow management processes for Sales and Marketing.
  • The expert will be co-ordinating with all the technology vendors and consultants to accomplish the requirements driven by business goals.
  • Create and Manage landing pages on HubSpot CMS
  • Manage and add the relevant content under the guidance of leadership.
  • Work with developers to improve website performance and oversee website uploads.
  • Assist in measuring and investigating the different tech tools to help in automating the system. Assist key business partners in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaignsand marketing automation programs.
  • Develop department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications, and other routine tasks to support Leadership in maintaining consistent team oversight.
  • Maintain an internal client database in HubSpot for all active/inactive clients with the appropriate categorization
  • Manage Ticket Pipelines and Status. Manage Operations Hub.
  • Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects.
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Required Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience with CRM tools and Marketing Automation ( Hubspot , Marketo, Salesforce)
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing vendors and/or team management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated management skills and ability to oversee a team and work in a group environment, including collaboration with Senior/Executive level leadership.
  • Possess exemplary interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiations and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop frameworks and platforms that ensure optimal and unfettered access to business tools, assets and capabilities.
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving capability and help the team make sound conclusions.
  • You believe in teamwork and are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing
