About the role: The role expects the candidate to independently structure the problem,draw relevant insights leveraging data, and work with functional leaders to drive them toconclusions. You will be helping with running near-term experiments and projects forimmediate impact, as well as in building mid to long-term capabilities for delivering adelightful volunteering experience.You will be working with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas todrive the organizational goals and grow with Goodera. You are an ideal candidate if:-You have a keen interest in learning about business-You have intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel-You have an Engineering degree and 1-2 yrs of experience-You are comfortable with data and have a strong eye for detail-You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also reallyunderstand what it is like to work in one-You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership ofthings-You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond thetraditional growth paths-You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills ifrequired to get the job done

What you can expect to do:-Innovating tasks and integrating different apps using zapier, app scripts, and various APIsfor streamlining the process across multiple teams-Work closely with multiple functions- like product, customer success, and experience tostreamline operations-Work with data to crunch numbers and bring invaluable insights, and develop automationaround it to help Goodera scale efficiently
