Job Summary

Job Description:

BrandExecutive is the representative of thebrandand is responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under theirbrandresonate with current and potential customers. They work tirelessly with themarketingdepartment & other core departments on making sure that every aspect of thebrandstrategy is just right.

Position: Brand Executive
Experience: 5+ years in relevant field
Work Location:Nungambakkam
Qualification: Masters in operation / Finance
Time:Regular Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Collaborate with sales team for specific strategies for clients.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company.
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with Data Provider e.g. Exchanges, Contributors.
  • Responsible for the collection, analysis and documentation of a client s business needs and requirements.
  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Development and delivery of internal communications strategy to provide timely communications to all levels of the organization
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
  • Master, manage and develop the brand / product portfolio through thorough brand sales analysis and growth strategies
  • Implement appropriate marketing strategy to ensure brand profitability
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Supporting in recruiting your team, training the new staffs & motivate them

Skills Required:

  • Key initiative planning and execution
  • Written and Oral Presentations Skills
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements management best practice and ensures these practices are used.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process re-engineering
  • Understands basic financial information and markets and the future direction of the industry.
  • Experienced in an environment where the BA drives from Ideation through requirements/specifications, supports dev & QA, supports UAT, supports/guides business implementation
  • Preferred experience with data migration/data mapping/data transformations [power BI or Tableau]
