Job Summary

As a transformation lead, you will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Your responsibilities

  • Represent SCM CSS for the Reiwa workstreams. Collaborate with the REIWA Process Leader and participate in the process scoping, the fit-gap analysis and the process design workshops.
  • Share process expertise from CSS viewpoint to improve the technical solution.
  • Liaison with CSS Hubs for all open actions related to the project and be a single point of contact for the project development.
  • Identify and develop a network of CSS experts to build expertise on the defined tools & processes to help in the adoption phase.
  • Ensure to align the project plan with the hubs to mitigate operations risks during implementation.
  • Governance plan for CSS leadership team, SME s.
  • Documentation & reporting through CSS tools.
  • Change management
  • Support the harmonization of the process by enforcing the adherence to committed guiding principles of the program, especially around fit to standard approach.

  • Embed Power Grids best practices where relevant in the design and standards of the new ERP Global template.

Your background

  • A Graduate or postgraduate degree in any fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Must be PMP certified
  • Manage share point sites.
  • Worked with enterprise QA organization
  • SAP ERP (Ariba).
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification, preferred.
