Transformation Manager Job in Hitachi Abb Power Grids

Your responsibilities

• Participate in design workshops if required by the BL & Archetype Leader, Process Leader or Function Leader.
• Analyze process and make clear recommendation to the Process Leader.
• Provide process expertise and guidance to support Key Design Decision (KDD) discussions led by the Process Leader.
• Support decision-making during development of MVP.
• Identify areas where technical solutions would improve respective process.
• Review final process defined and ensure technical solutions are correct and met designed process.
• Build a network of other experts across the different Business Lines.
• Reach out to other SMEs to discuss and understand specific topics if required.
• Support the harmonization of the process by enforcing the adherence to committed guiding principles of the program, especially around fit to standard approach.
• Enforce the adherence to committed guiding principles of the program, especially around fit to standard approach.
• Embed Power Grids best practices where relevant in the design and standards of the new ERP Global template.

Your background

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any fields.
• Min 5+ years of experience
• Must be PMP certified
• Manage share point sites.
• Worked with enterprise QA organization
• SAP ERP (Ariba)
