Job Summary

Reconciliation of all letters being sent to customers relating to Persistency process on a weekly basis.

Ensuring system configurations are complete at product launch for all communications relating to Persistency process.

Review of all communications being sent (Letters, SMS, Email & AVRS) to customer every 6months for improvements.

TAT monitoring & reporting for Reinstatements, SI, ECS, C2S2 processes.

Analytics based on zone, demographics and channels and focus on the areas impacting persistency.

Designing of Campaigns for BSE, call centre and RAEs based on the data analytics & monitoring the campaign outcomes.

Identification of areas which need attention for improvement of persistency.

Prepare Analysis for Persistency Review and Policy Holder Protection Committee.

Predictive Data Analytics model preparation and review for Renewal Collections with vendor

Qualification :

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in SQL
