Job Summary

Job Role and Responsibilities: A. Delivery: In depth understanding of Incentive compensation data, rules and processes Responsible for understanding the client s Incentive plan and working with Practice Leads to deliver end to end IC implementation. From Requirement gathering to dashboarding and roll out. Should be able to scope, negotiate, design, implement and test changes Responsible for planning, designing and implementation of Dashboards Manage task delivery through defined communication rhythm Create SOPs and ensure adherence to it, follow data processing timelines and make sure that the deliverables error-free Work with Practice leads to derive task estimates for the client Team Management - Prioritize tasks for your team members Client Management - Anticipate client needs and offer them an appropriate solution from time to time Attention to details B. Product Knowledge: 1. Collaborate with the clients to implement, configure and support their global incentive compensation program and processes 2. Identify features / functionalities as a part of client interaction and provide suggestions for improvements in product C. Data Management: 1. Working with the team to identify and resolve various data-related issues/questions 2. Interpret client requirements and convert those to system design 3. Interpret large sets of data for analysis, extract and represent data in excel for effective communication D. Analytical: 1. Troubleshoot and solve complex problems 2. Comprehend, analyse, and present data with insights E. Client Engagement: 1. Engage with clients under guidance 2. Understand client s requirements and discuss with project managers 3. Research and understand client s business 4. Manage projects on a day-to-day basis for quality, delivery and process-based followups F. Communication: 1. Effectively communicate project proposals analysis design, outputs and business insights 2. Collaborate with project managers to discuss solutions, client needs 3. Present information in a clear, concise, and logical manner, with focus on key points 1
