Qualification:

  • Graduate in IT (Information Technology) or CE (Computer Engineering) (mandatory) + Marketing Degree (preferred)

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT domain (Oracle ERP) in presales
  • Should be comfortable to do technical writing & creating impactful presentations
  • Experience in delivery / Presales function of enterprise solutions
  • Should have successful track record of delivery and presales for Enterprise product or solution.
  • Should be able to interact with CIOs / Business heads and have ability to conduct/Industry specific Demo / workshops / value discovery sessions.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of managing a team will be a plus
  • Prior experience of working on large technology tenders & proposals will be a plus

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall Presales activities across the globe
  • Proactively pitching business capabilities to potential clients
  • The role requires a good blend of technical, product and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide every necessary support to the front end sales team to close large scale enterprise deals.
  • Will, on a day to day basis, work with various external clients & internal teams trying to bridge the gaps between solutioning & selling.
  • Will also come up with different collaterals which will help scale up the complete process across industry and geography.
  • Use the domain & product experience, coupled with sales expertise, to craft sales pitches, client-specific collaterals and demos for the sales team
  • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle which will include scope finalization, solution review, commercials and proposal submission.
  • Own the platform demos & Proof of Concepts. Understand the business use case, and create prototypes for the client. Responding to RFP/RFI, Solution architectonic as per client requirements
  • Analyze market data to determine the ideal customer for Infosense s solutions. Be upto speed on market trends, competition and evolving landscape of the conversational AI ecosystem to provide right solutions to our clients and also handle objections during the sales process.
  • Assist business development activities
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
