The business development team is a critical component of our go-to-market pipeline strategy, and presents an outstanding opportunity to learn fundamental sales skills in preparation for an exciting career in software sales. Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Infrrd sales pipeline through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with account executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging, driving opportunities for new business.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives from target accounts, to understand business requirements and product fit.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (adding contacts, sending regular emails, and qualifying opportunities into the account executive/account manager s pipeline).
  • Work with marketing on executing campaigns and attending trade shows/conferences.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.



Skill Sets

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify how Infrrd can solve them
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. You have a can do attitude and are relentless in pursuing goals. Determination and tenacity are a must.
  • You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively.
  • Computer proficiency (G-Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent written skills and naturally articulate.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • Previous sales experience proven success in meeting monthly targets is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other related tools is a plus.
