Job Summary
Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 6+ Years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM) Role Description We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead to oversee the technical direction of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects. This role involves working closely with clients, CRM Consultants, Project Managers, and development teams to scope, estimate, customize, and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET technologies, and integration tools. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. Customize Dynamics CRM and develop reports based on business requirements. Implement data migration and integration using Dynamics CRM tools. Provide technical expertise on Dynamics CRM and Microsoft development environments. Ensure adherence to development best practices and document technical artifacts. Participate in the design process and deliver detailed design specifications. Collaborate with clients and manage coordination for successful project delivery. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Participate in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience, with at least 6+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Expertise in C# .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, and CRM SDK. Experience in two or more areas of .NET (Web/Windows Forms) development. Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Proven experience with Web API/Web Services integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for client coordination and project leadership. Experience with at least three full-cycle CRM implementations. Ability to estimate CRM customizations, testing, and other project components.
