We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual for the role of Business Analyst/Instructional Designer.
The successful candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, document specifications, and design solutions to meet client and project needs.
Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and
ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other
techniques.
Analyze and prioritize requirements to identify critical project aspects.
Create detailed documentation, including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and system design documents.
Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality solution delivery.
Participate in system testing and validation.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders, including user training and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with requirements gathering techniques.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Familiarity with DATABASE design principles and SQL.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in IT sector.
Knowledge of industry-standard tools for requirements management and project
documentation.
